Location A1.01 Zeeman Building, University of Warwick

Speaker: Hideyasu Shimadzu, University of Leicester
Changes in biodiversity today shape the future patterns of biodiversity. These changes may be due to unprecedented pressures that contemporary ecological communities face, such as climate change and human activities, yet the nature of biodiversity change is not well figured. This talk gives a general overview of recent developments for investigating biodiversity change and discusses how statistics can contribute to enhancing our knowledge about it.
