The International Development community aims to bring together everyone interested in the statistical issues around international development. We hope that it will provide a forum for discussion of policy issues, for sharing experience and expertise between practitioners in the field, and for sharing information about initiatives that support statistical capacity building in developing countries. It is part of an initiative by the RSS to strengthen the international dimension of its activities. If this is your first visit to the forum, we would like to find out more about your interests so that we can take these into account as we develop this area of RSS activity.

The Royal Statistical Society International Development Section is seeing an increasing number of posts on our site related to fake passports, examination certificates, qualifications, etc. We do not condone this and will remove such posts as soon as possible.
